Genesis 360 Once Again Named Among America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies
Genesis 360 has once again earned a place on the Inc. 5000, ranking No. 3,967 nationally for 2026 after achieving 62% revenue growth over three years.
This marks the third time Genesis 360 has been named to the Inc. 5000, following previous appearances in 2022 and 2023, and that distinction makes this recognition particularly meaningful.
The Inc. 5000 isn’t simply a list of successful businesses. For more than four decades, it has recognized the fastest-growing private companies in the United States based on verified revenue growth. Companies must be privately held, independent, U.S.-based, and meet specific revenue requirements to qualify.
Earning a place on the list once is an accomplishment. Returning to it years later demonstrates something more: the ability to continue growing as the company itself becomes larger, more complex, and more established.
For Genesis 360, that makes this recognition an important chapter in a story that began 15 years ago.
What started in Baton Rouge as a small parking lot striping operation has evolved into a national organization supporting federal agencies, industrial facilities, educational institutions, and commercial clients. Along the way, the company has expanded its capabilities, entered new markets, developed long-term client relationships, and built a team capable of executing increasingly complex projects across the country.
The 2026 recognition is especially significant because growth becomes harder to sustain as an organization matures. The systems, people, partnerships, and operational discipline required to grow an established company are very different from those needed during its earliest years.
